First time here. Definitely will not be the last. The staff was super friendly. The calzones were definitely the best we've ever had. If you have had it try it. They had vegetarian ones and a all vegan one. I was surprised to see that. I had the skinny V ( vegan) and my fiancee had the Garden. Amazing .

I didn't know this was a chain. Understaffed but we still had great service and great food. The salad with the southwest ranch was great as was the calzone with spinach and grilled onions.

Great calzone, made fresh bread is yum. Prob best I’ve ever had! Staff was super nice too. 15 for it and a drink and you’ll be full! I got the castanza and was yum. I don’t think any choice would be bad.

I dined at Sauce on the Side, this evening. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back. The ordering process is straightforward - you place your order for food and drinks at the counter, and then choose your seat in the open seating area. The staff will bring your food to you when it's ready. I opted for the Bull’s Eye calzone, and was pleasantly surprised by the French Onion Sauce that accompanied it. The calzone was a generous size, with a well-seasoned crust and a perfect filling-to-bread ratio. I appreciate the convenience and affordability of Sauce on the Side, which serves high-quality food. The unique filling options are an added bonus, making this a great spot for those seeking something new and exciting.

Such a delicious spot. I loved the variety choices that were available. Certainly something for everyone here. We had the "Duke" and the "Smokehouse Salad." So yummy.

I get the first option on the menu (minus the eggplant) and it’s always delicious. I’m not a fan of Nutella but the dessert with banana is *amazing* every time. Staff is always extremely friendly.

This is a great spot to eat in Clayton for a quick, filling, and inexpensive meal. Cannot go wrong with their salads or the calzones. The Duke is my favorite calzone and the grilled chicken ceasar salad has the best dressing in St Louis. Quick and easy dine in experience and wont break the bank.

I love this concept! Calzones are difficult to find and they have a huge variety here! The St. Louie with Provel cheese is a St. Louis. treat and I will be thinking about this calzone for a long time.
